By downloading, installing, or using Insta360 Camera Import ("the app") or browsing this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or site.

2. Description of service

The app is a free, unofficial macOS utility that connects to compatible Insta360 cameras over Wi‑Fi to browse, preview, and import media to your Mac. This website provides documentation, comparisons, and download links.

We are not affiliated with Insta360. Insta360 product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. License

The app source code is distributed under the MIT License unless otherwise noted in the repository. You may use, modify, and redistribute subject to that license and its disclaimer of warranties.

4. No warranty

THE APP AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Camera firmware, Wi‑Fi modes, and Insta360 protocols may change. Compatibility with every device or macOS version is not guaranteed.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app lawfully and in line with Insta360's terms for your camera and network
• Maintain backups of important media before import or deletion on the camera
• Verify imported files before deleting originals on the device
• Accept that the macOS build is ad-hoc signed and may require a one-time "Open" confirmation in macOS security settings

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from use of the app or website.

Our total liability for any claim related to the app or site shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the app (zero for the free download).

7. Third-party services

The website may link to third-party sites (for example, kwverdit.com). Analytics and CDN providers process data according to their own policies. We do not control third-party services.

8. Changes

We may update these terms or discontinue the app or website at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
